BUDGETING

  • The detailed budget breakdown for each vendor category is based on your overall budget. 

  • We guarantee that we can find the right venue and vendors within your budget.

VENUE SEARCH

  • Upto 5 venue visits included. we assist in negotiating and booking your venue.

DESIGN & LAYOUT

  • Design collection to establish color palate, overall aesthetic, and design for wedding events

  • The design includes a custom inspiration board, vendor recommendations, and design meetings

  • Ongoing access to HTE(High Touch Events) for professional consultation and communication

VENDOR COMMUNICATION & MANAGEMENT

  • Review of all vendor proposals and contracts signed and executed by client

  • Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by Venue

  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items

  • Create an extensive detailed timeline for the wedding day

  • Obtaining all necessary insurance from outside vendors per venue regulations

PLANNING

  • Includes two pre-wedding events of the client choosing

  • Including a minimum of 4 coordinators including a bridal attendant.

  • Additional staffing is determined based on guest count.

  • Hotel accommodation research, negotiations, and contracting room block agreements

  •  Transportation coordination

  •  Website assistance

  • Assist with menu selection and presentation details

  • Creation of welcome bags and distribution upon guest arrival

  • Handed to the team at the final walkthrough

  • Seating chart, escort cards, final vendor payments, guest book, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils, programs, table numbers, and more.

  • Manage banquet staff regarding setups and submission of floor plans

  • Any items given to the team requested to be returned are safely returned back to you at the end of the event

  • We are the main point of contact for all vendors, families, friends, and guests. 

  • We keep track of all vendor arrival times, task completion times, execution times, and more.

  • We Help your photographer execute all Important photos during the day
