  • The detailed budget breakdown for each vendor category is based on your overall budget.

VENUE SEARCH

  • Not included 

  • Venu must be booked prior to booking package

DESIGN & LAYOUT

  • Design collection to establish color palate, overall aesthetic, and design for wedding events

  • The design includes a custom inspiration board, vendor recommendations, and design meetings

  • Ongoing access to HTE for professional consultation and communication

VENDOR COMMUNICATION & MANAGEMENT

  • Review of all vendor contracts signed and executed by the client

  • Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by the venue

  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items

  • Create an extensive detailed timeline for the wedding day

  • Obtaining all necessary insurance from outside vendors per venue regulations

PLANNING

  • Includes one pre-wedding event of the client's choosing. additional pre-events can be added for an additional cost

  • Includes a minimum of 3 event coordinators including a bridal attendant. additional assistants based on guest headcount

ITEMS WE HANDLE FOR YOU

  • The spectrum of vendor suggestions provided per category

  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective vendors

  • Handed to the team at the final walkthrough

  • Seating chart, escort cards, final vendor payments, guest book, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils, programs, table numbers, and more.

  • Any Items given to the team requested to be returned are safely returned back to you at the end of the event.

ON WEDDING DAY

  • We are the main point of contact for all vendors, families, friends, and guests. 

  • We keep track of all vendor arrival times, task completion times, execution times, and more.

  • We Help your photographer execute all Important photos during the day
