Ongoing access to HTE for professional consultation and communication

Review of all vendor contracts signed and executed by the client

Review and proof BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by the venue

Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items

Create an extensive detailed timeline for the wedding day

Obtaining all necessary insurance from outside vendors per venue regulations

Includes one pre-wedding event of the client's choosing. additional pre-events can be added for an additional cost

Includes a minimum of 3 event coordinators including a bridal attendant. additional assistants based on guest headcount

Schedule and attend meetings with prospective vendors

Handed to the team at the final walkthrough

Seating chart, escort cards, final vendor payments, guest book, champagne flutes, cake cutting utensils, programs, table numbers, and more.

Any Items given to the team requested to be returned are safely returned back to you at the end of the event.
